Responsibilities:
1. Analyse the actual needs of customers on the spot and make a unified summary of the needs of many parties.
2. Put forward the draft of product function positioning according to the aggregated demand.
3. Organize relevant personnel to review the draft product function positioning, form the final feasibility plan, and transfer it to project managers for the record;
4. Communicate and coordinate with R&D personnel in time, build system integration construction plan according to product feasibility plan, and transfer it to project managers for record.
5. Responsible for technical support in the construction process to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme.
6. Be responsible for supporting customers to test and debug products, and help solve technical problems.
7. Better be able to use industrial software such as CAD and PROE.
Qualifications:
1. Secondary technical school or above in electronics-related Majors
More than 2.1 years related development experience or technical support related work experience
3. Good at communicating, understanding and teamwork spirit
4. Responsible for work, hard-working, able to withstand long-term travel.
5. Strong communication and understanding ability with customers.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 17:30 p.m.
There will be overtime and travel will be required.
